Sealed bids must be received at Oklahoma Union Public School no later than Monday, July 7th, at 3:00 P.M. Oklahoma Union School is located in Nowata County at the intersection of HWY 169 and HWY 10 West, South Coffeyville, OK 74072. Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to Oklahoma Union High School, attention Brenda Taylor.

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled “OKU 2025 Sealed bid”. Items will be available for physical inspection at Oklahoma Union School on June 30 - July 2 and July 7th - 8th between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Oklahoma Union School will open and award the bid(s) at the July 9th, 2025 regularly scheduled board meeting.
Oklahoma Union Public School will award the bid to the highest and best bid, and has the option to accept or reject any or all bids.
ALL items will be sold “As Is” and with no warranties of any kind. Items must be removed from the school property by July 18, 2025.
