Sports/Athletic Physicals are available for OKU students at the Business & Industry Clinic at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, 1400 W. Fourth Street in Coffeyville.

Physicals are $10 (Cash • Credit/Debit Card • Check)

9 to 11 a.m. or 1 to 3 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, May 19 and 20

9 to 11 a.m. or 1 to 3 p.m., Thursday, May 22

9 to 11 a.m. or 1 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 27 to Friday, May 30

Take Note: Directions To The Clinic

Park in the north lot and enter the north clinic automatic door, then go up a short staircase, turn right at the top of the steps, the office is the first clinic door on the left side. Note: It is not the Primary Care Clinic at the top of the steps
