OKU Athletic Physical Clinic

Officials with the OKU Athletic Department, along with community medical personnel, will host a FREE sports physical clinic for OKU students at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 5,Ple at OKU High School.
Please Note: Physicals are required for ALL OKU rising 6th to 12th Graders (during the 2026-27 school year), who plan to participate in OSSAA Athletics, Cheer or Marching Band.
A current OSSAA physical (on or after May 1, 2026) is required before practice begins.
Parent/Guardian consent forms must be signed yearly.
Required for OKU 6th to 12th Graders Participating in Athletics, Cheer or Marching Band for the 2026-27 School Year. (Note OSSAA states 7th and above, but OKU requires 6th Grade because they participate in OSSAA Middle School Activities).

Cost: Free For OKU Students (rising 6th to 12th Grade).
Must Register & Return Complete Forms to the OKU Office by Monday, May 4. Must have completed forms to have a physical.
Can’t Attend on May 5? Parents/Guardians may call 620.252.2277 to schedule an appointment for a $10 physical at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Clinic Business and Industry Clinic.
